Operation Win, Inc. produces the local preliminaries for the Miss Black Texas Pageant. Contestants from the Austin, Baytown, Dallas, Galveston, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Bend and Montgomery County pageants have been in the WINNER’S CIRCLE, semifinalist and finalist at the state and national competitions.
OUR MISSION It is the Mission of Operation Win, Inc. to provide educational opportunities to outstanding young women of color and to develop the “whole woman”, mind, body, and spirit.
SCHOLARSHIP Operation Win, Inc. celebrates scholastic achievements and believes that education is the key to lifelong success and empowerment; we promote education and leadership by providing scholarship opportunities to our winers.
COMMUNITY SERVICE Operation Win, Inc. is a community driven organization and is committed to addressing health and education, two of the leading social issues in the African American community. The winners of the official pageants use their civic platforms to promote awareness of these issues during their reign.
